I’ve been writing code professionally since 2004. I started out on the open-source side and I’ve been doing primarily .NET server-side development since. The .NET framework is great, but I’m not married to Microsoft in any way. I try my best to play with anything I can get my hands on, lately that’s meant things like Node.js and Python. I consider myself a full-stack developer, I am more than comfortable breaking out a packet sniffer to hunt down obscure bugs. I’m equally comfortable communicating with executives.
I have an undergraduate degree from Johnson & Wales University in Computer Science. I received my Master’s degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in Information Systems with a focus on Technology Management.
